Yes. Booking in advance is highly recommended if you want to avoid wait times. Walk-ins are accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
For dinner, we offer three different experiences. The Prep Kitchen Experience is the chef’s daily tasting menu, currently called Highbrow, Low Country Boil, seated in the basement prep kitchen for $85-$95 per guest. Due to the unique family-style nature of this experience, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions, preferences or allergies. The $5 - $20 a la carte reservation secures your booking in the main dining room. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully applied to your bill at the end of the evening. The $20 - $45 Hearth Reservation is an a la carte experience seated at the kitchen counter surrounding the hearth. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully applied to your bill at the end of the evening. Lunch a la carte reservations are also available to book and do not require a deposit. Your lunch a la carte reservation secures your booking in our main dining room.

We will check availability and do our best to accommodate you. Please note, we require a minimum of 7-days advanced notice for all requests to reschedule requests. All reschedules are subject to availability.
We are UNABLE to make ANY substitutions, omissions, or alterations to the Roister Prep Kitchen menu. Dietary restrictions and allergies are very important to us, and we gladly accommodate all needs and preferences for our A La Carte menu served in the Main Dining Room and at the Hearth. If you have ANY dietary restrictions or allergies, we ask that you book our A La Carte menu. If you've already booked the Roister Prep Kitchen, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can transfer your reservation to our closest available A La Carte reservation.

Due to the unique layout and limited number of tables, we are unable to guarantee side-by-side seating of multiple parties. You are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will note your request, however, it is unlikely your parties will be sat next to each other.
The largest party we can accommodate during a standard night of service is 8 guests. Please email email@example.com for parties larger than 8.
Bookings allow us to guarantee your reservations and better understand how long you plan to be with us that night. By eliminating no-shows, requiring pre-payment, and varying the price by time and day we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great deal more than would otherwise be possible at these prices.
To transfer a booking, log into your Tock account at profile.tocktix.com. Once logged in, select "Your Bookings" on the upper right. To transfer a booking, click the "Transfer" button next to the specific booking. Note, you can only transfer bookings to another guest who has a Tock account.
Roister does not offer gift certificates, however, you may purchase a booking and then transfer and gift it to someone else after it has been purchased.
The Highbrow, Low Country Boil is the current menu offered in our basement Prep Kitchen. Similar to the last menu offered in our basement Prep Kitchen, guests will enjoy multiple courses served family-style. Guests will also have the opportunity to compliment the menu with the Roister Mixed Cooler beverage package. Choose from a variety of canned and bottled beverages to start, followed by wine and a Southern-inspired cocktail. As always, you may also order alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages a la carte.
