1. Do you take walk-ins?

    Yes. Booking in advance is highly recommended if you want to avoid wait times. Walk-ins are accommodated on a first come, first served basis.

  2. What types of Roister bookings may I purchase in advance?

    For dinner, we offer three different experiences. The Prep Kitchen Experience is the chef’s daily tasting menu seated in the basement prep kitchen for $85-$95 per guest. Due to the unique family-style nature of this experience, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions, preferences or allergies. The $5 - $20 a la carte reservation secures your booking in the main dining room. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully applied to your bill at the end of the evening. The $20 - $45 Hearth Reservation is an a la carte experience seated at the kitchen counter surrounding the hearth. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully applied to your bill at the end of the evening. Lunch a la carte reservations are also available to book and do not require a deposit. Your lunch a la carte reservation secures your booking in our main dining room.

  3. I've scheduled the wrong date! What now?

    Email hospitality@roisterrestaurant.com with your Tock confirmation number of the reservation you wish to cancel and let us know the new date you would like to join us. We will check availability and do our best to accommodate you. Please note, we require a minimum of 7-days advanced notice for all requests to reschedule requests. All reschedules are subject to availability.

  4. What about allergies or other restrictions?

    We gladly accommodate dietary restrictions, preferences and allergies with our Lunch A La Carte, Dinner A La Carte, and Hearth Deposit experiences. However, we are unable to accommodate ANY dietary restrictions, preferences or allergies with our Prep Kitchen experience. Please email hospitality@roisterrestaurant.com in advance of your booking with any dietary restrictions. If you’ve booked a Prep Kitchen experience, we would be happy to reschedule your booking to the main dining room or hearth, pending availability. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a request to reschedule without a minimum notice of 7-days.

  5. What should I do if I am running late?

    Please email host@roisterrestaurant.com if you are running late. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, there may be a delay in serving or seating you.

  6. I don't see a table for my party size. Can I book 2 tables at the same time and be sat next to each other?

    Due to the unique layout and limited number of tables, we are unable to guarantee side-by-side seating of multiple parties. You are welcome to email us at hospitality@roisterrestaurant.com and we will note your request, however, it is unlikely your parties will be sat next to each other.

  7. I have a party of 9 or more, how can I buy a booking?

    The largest party we can accommodate during a standard night of service is 8 guests. Please email hospitality@roisterrestaurant.com for parties larger than 8.

  8. Why bookings instead of reservations?

    Bookings allow us to guarantee your reservations and better understand how long you plan to be with us that night. By eliminating no-shows, requiring pre-payment, and varying the price by time and day we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great deal more than would otherwise be possible at these prices.

  9. How do I transfer a booking?

    To transfer a booking, log into your Tock account at profile.tocktix.com. Once logged in, select "Your Bookings" on the upper right. To transfer a booking, click the "Transfer" button next to the specific booking. Note, you can only transfer bookings to another guest who has a Tock account.

  10. Do you offer gift certificates?

    Roister does not offer gift certificates, however, you may purchase a booking and then transfer and gift it to someone else after it has been purchased.
